I’m guessing the Company has more to do with that than “we” did. Regardless, this is still the fastest we have EVER gotten to the economic section of negotiations and it appears with far less items open according to the Negotiating Grid. I’ll take the pace of this negotiation over any other dating back to the 1999 CBA.
I disagree completely with all of your post FWIW.
Well I would hope it was the fastest to got to the money section since there were far fewer sections opened. And just like running the 400m, it doesn’t matter if you finished the first 300m in first if you stall out at the end of the race.
How many negotiation meetings have they had since Sept 1? How many more did they add? Why haven’t we been told?
We will only get what we demand and show we are willing to fight for. The MEC has done little to prepare the crew force for a fight IMO.
