Say what??? Current 7 year pay is $268. Under the new CBA at 80 hours pay will end up being...

Year 7 $294 per hour ($282K)
Year 8 $312 per hour ($300K)
Year 9 $323 per hour ($310K)

401k will increase the salaries by $45K, $48K, $50K.
Problem is we haven't had a raise in 3 years.
