Yeah I was actually thinking the same thing. I even went and looked at her main donor list to see if there was anything that jumped out in terms of competition that would like this deal to go away. I couldn't find anything in my quick search, but she also transferred large sums from her 2018 war chest into her more current one, thus masking some of that donor money.

Honestly she could just be genuinely concerned about it removing competition, but I doubt that is the entire story.
