As a 8 year capt that jumped ship, I can’t tell you how much better life is, it’s night and day difference. Its amazing having your phone calls answered and emails responded too. Yes I took a pay cut but but the time overs, per diem and all the add pay is put on it’s not even much different. The grass is greener. Good luck in your decision. I can say as well how great the f9 pilot group is and how awesome it was to to be there.
