I was a 24 Y/O NH. 3,700 TT, 450 122 TPIC, CRJ and 175 typed. The vast majority of our class were corporate folks and right seat to right seat RJ FO’s with a few ACMI folks. I’d say 3,000 is kinda that average for the RJ folks with a few of the ACMI folks having some less but a Boeing type may or may not have appealed to the hiring department. Seems the candidate pool is starting to trend more and more towards very wet and very fresh candidates. Has me worried sending folks to SE who are still new to the jet/121 world and no prior alaska experience.
