I agree with Osmosis. Completely.
1. I didn't think icons were necessary to indicate what was apparent.
2. How, exactly, is a Reserve guy called out for a training event less qualified than anyone else on the Seniority List? How about the professional RFO who can't get his 3 T/O & LNDs in 90 days? Is that better than the reserve guy who flies "3-4 times per month"?
You might just think about that.
