I'd say if you want to go to a major, stay at the 121 - not that you can't go to a legacy from FJ (people do), but the legacies will see you "like and can handle" the 121. Bouncing fro 121 to frac then trying to go back to 121 could be a flag. Also, I'd say that just keeping up with the different type of pace in the 121 is important / different than the pace and soft skills in 135 and fractional.
