Not quite a regionals question here but how many Flexjet guys end up going onto the Legacies successfully? Thinking of flying with Flex for a little while instead of the regionals. Debating whether 121 time at a regional would be more valuable than 135 (potentially more PIC since upgrade is so quick now) time in this market. I already have a little 135 PIC and a good chunk of turbine, just have to get my CTP/Written out of the way.
I'd say if you want to go to a major, stay at the 121 - not that you can't go to a legacy from FJ (people do), but the legacies will see you "like and can handle" the 121. Bouncing fro 121 to frac then trying to go back to 121 could be a flag. Also, I'd say that just keeping up with the different type of pace in the 121 is important / different than the pace and soft skills in 135 and fractional.
