Cool. No 121 experience yet but was wondering if it would be best to go 135 > 91K > Major 121 or 135 > 121 Regional > Major 121. QOL/Pay are huge determinations in this. Seems to me like the pay at regionals now is a little less than Flexjet levels up front but matching after 1-3 years, but training and commuting/reserve/basing are obviously subpar compared to any Fractional. Considering I'm already planning on spending 1-3yrs somewhere before going to a major just looking to see if Flex to a major is reasonable just like going Regional to Major.
