What is the forced upgrade situation looking like currently? If they are forcing upgrades, are they just filling spots as needed or is everyone going at 1000 SIC?
Just bumping this back up since it got buried. I'm curious if a prior 121 person coming in with a less than 1000 SIC would have to upgrade right away when they hit 1000 or can they decide to remain a FO.
