The definition of retro is pretty vague, and anything in the Policy Manual can be overridden by a two-thirds vote.
Whether that means you get your definition of retro in the next contract, or seven reps hold the rest of us hostage to their own definitions, that is what remains to be seen.
Since the vote on the policy of retro all the way back to the amendable date was
unanimous, I think ⅔ changing their mind and sending something less for MEMRAT is extremely unlikely.
They all understand we cannot incentivize the company to drag its feet by agreeing to less. Retro to amendable date is a red line.
