I’d put the minimum at 95% participation, and 95% yes. Everyone needs to strongly encourage voting yes when it’s called. It WILL pass, so why would you hamstring your Negotiators by abstaining or voting no?
That’s nice! Just tell pilots how to vote. They love that. I think that to protect the results of any such action, our reps will have to do two things:
1. Wait until the railroad workers vote on their contracts.
2. Show us the table positions.
