The above is so true. On a large scale TWA, Pan Am, etc etc etc to include ACMI or any base always has risk. Least amount of risk on our part is what remains hopeful as nothing has ever been concrete. MEM base is filling a gap for a very large group within the airline industry in the cargo sector.
