The problem with getting a lot of participation and yes votes is going to be the fact that almost everyone has been able to give themselves raises artificially by moving positions. Whether that means a pilot moved from a 220 to a 320 or right to left, the sting of not getting a raise since 2019 just doesn't exist. It's the top of the pay scale and the folks who are staying put for quality of life that are really picking up the tab for our lack of raises. They'll definitely vote yes as we all should, but right now there's no stagnation so folks aren't mad enough
I haven't met more than a handful of hat wearing clowns (yes, it's correlated) who believe the company is being treated unfairly by the union. The vast majority of people are ****ed that we still don't have a contract, the lies from the 4th floor, the hostage taking and the destruction of QOL through garbage trip construction.
