Maybe for newer Pilots and definitely for anyone still getting longevity pay bumps but there are plenty of Pilots who did not get a raise since 2019. And I am not just talking about 350 A's either. It took a lot of guys 15-18 years to upgrade to NB A and a lot of them still can not hold anything over the 7ER. Former UNAs can now top at on the 7ER A same for a 2000 hires, pretty freakin strange.
This just highlights how good and or bad timing can dramatically affect ones career trajectory. In any case there is absolutely zero reason to vote anything but yes on a strike vote.

Back in the olden days, remember JS'ing once on a flight with a 51yr old 7ER captain and thinking, "Wow, this guy hit it right, 7ER cappy at 51, amazing!"
In talking with him, he was due to retire at 60 at #2 company wide.
Times have changed indeed.
