If I get a CJO, is it possible to have United wait to send the PRIA request to JetBlue until I start at United? There’s no reason I shouldn’t lose the CJO as I have gotten 2 airline jobs within the past 1.5 years, but as always, until I’m on property nothing is guaranteed.
I’m afraid of United sending the PRIA to JetBlue, then getting fired from JetBlue, and then having the CJO revoked for some unknown reason.
Or would they just not care about JetBlue and not bother with the PRIA?
They know I start at JetBlue next week. I sent them an email after completing the Hogan invite explaining my predicament and they immediately got back to me with an invite.
United sends the PRIA when you start doing the background check. You get the background check about 3-4 weeks out from the start of basic indoc at United. So you can go to JB, and they wouldn't send the PRIA until you're close to starting class at UAL. The only instance of a CJO getting revoked is the one I heard in this thread, so otherwise I'd say you're probably pretty safe.
