I suppose if you really focused on working yourself to death (six-leg work blocks with one day off between), you might be able to make it happen. Since I've held a line (Nov '07) there hasn't been a month when I haven't credited at least 100 hrs., and that's just with 4-days on, three days off between. Looking over the past few months, I've only blocked an average of 85 hours per month. It's tough with the pairings, like you said, but I think if your main goal was to work as much as possible, it could happen. I flew with a CA from SBP who nearly timed out for the year in November, I think he had 7-8 hours left to fly for the month of December, and that was back when they were running strictly locals out of SBP. So obviously, it's possible.
