I have been accepted to Amerijet, can I ask couple of questions if you don’t mind?

1-) How is the insurance?
2-) I’m flying B777 at one of the largest international carrier. It will be my first part 121 airline.
3-) Is it possible to get days off in a row?
4-) After having 1000 hours, Can I get upgrade straight away?
5-) I have been informed in the interview that they will improve the conditions. But they didn’t specify exactly on what they will improve?
6-) Why do people resign from here fairly quick? What is the main reason of the resignations.
