Apples and oranges. I talk to friends at Delta all the time, even with 18 days off they usually clock in the high 200's for TAFB. Mine barely breaks 100. If you want to max out your total comp you probably never came to allegiant to begin with. When we are actually flying the plane, we should be paid exactly the same as a mainline pilot. 17% direct contribution is the new standard. If you think you're going to make a ton of soft money at allegiant doing day trips, you're delusional. Even with min day pay, it will only force the company to be a little more efficient with trip pairings, but I doubt you'll see many LAS-SAN-LAS trips paying 5:15.
