That was definitely a step in the right direction, but that same CBA gave many more provisions to line pilots. I'm certainly happy about those as well, because I want ALL our pilots to do well and I want jetblue to do well and be more competitive hiring-wise with other major airlines.

Our instructors still don't make as much as the other major airlines (status pay is NOT what we have--instructors are capped by whatever fleet they are teaching in)...most majors pay what the instructor can truly hold (some even with an override). The scheduling provisions need to be TOTALLY reworked, as well as many other provisions. There is no way to look at what the instructors have and not say, yes we were thrown a bone or two, but it was obviously an afterthought and much, much more time needs to be spent actually looking at our provisions.
