With what? CFIs? With the higher pay now at most RJ operators and hiring at mainline it makes no sense to go ULCC for most.
I think Frontier is still getting a wide variety of applicants.
We upped first year pay to $90/ hour and started paying for hotels in training. That seemed to make a big difference in getting people in the door.
