Recently given CJO, was told the new hire 20k bonus is apparently “opt in” to 25k if you want it. The sign on bonus is a 24mo* commitment per the recruiter. The first 12mo are a straight commitment, the second twelve are prorated for some amount. Was told DEN is currently most senior followed by IAH and IAD. IAH has the most flying but Denver slows down in the winter and picks up in summer time so IAH/DEN like to flip flop around apparently. Was told expect 3 to 6mo of reserve at IAD and IAH and potentially more at DEN, recruiter straight up recommended just commuting to IAH to get hours until seniority can hold Denver, so sounds to me like if anybody wants IAH it shouldn’t be that hard.

No training backlog and they say 90 days for training footprint without the CTP course. If you need a CTP, that is completed before the company indoc starts. Had a good choice of class availability starting in Jan or so.
