ADG is 5:15, it now applies to reserves as well. SCR you are called out and used for the first 15 days. 5:15 x 15 days=78:45. You are now a high time reserve, get realeased for the remainder or get paid 2:50 for just being in a RAP. That’s the last tidbit, I’ve done leg work you do the rest, there s a lot more, a lot more!
So this was one of the things that I wanted as a consequence of 14 days off for reserves - more staffing.
If this system pumpkins pilots after 15 days of use, then they'll have to have a lot more pilots on staff.
