Retro is the only reason anyone is still saying they are a No vote. They cannot come to terms with the fact they are not getting as much as they thought and are upset someone junior is getting more than they should. Example given to me.....someone that was on year two pay should only get about 17-19k on a full retro based off of 75 hours each month. However, they are going to receive somewhere around 22k-25k with the current setup. If this is true, then they need to ask themselves if it's worth saying no because someone junior to them receives a few extra thousand back than they think they should. Pretty petty in my opinion, but thats just my opinion and other people really seem to care about that little piece compared to the remainer of the TA
