There are some LOA's. The CBA is the one in effect. The return to work LOA is ONE of the 3 major arbitrations right now. The LOA with the payrates isn't in the online version of the CBA, however the rates that APC display are correct. The HUGE part of the PO CBA I love is that my days off are my days off. Reserves can be extended up to 3 days, other than that, you're on your days off.
