Pay (total comp): Maybe close to SWA but not past.
Schedule/QOL: Likely better than SWA. Still need to see the actual language, and let 3300 people play devil's advocate with that. I'm pretty sure the union already worked that over very, very thoroughly so not expecting many loopholes. But we'll see.
I think AS pilots will have perhaps more flexibility to trade between $ and QOL than SWA.
Again, with 5:15 ADG I highly doubt this.
