It isn't much more than the pay rates that are posted on here. They did away with stand-alone ready reserve assignments (just getting sent to the airport to sit ready for 8 hours). We still have ready as part of reserve flying assignments. Pilots hired prior to the TA passing were fully vested in their 401k, now it will take 4 years to get the money. And 12 days off a month are guaranteed. That's it.

It would be really wise to compare work rules amongst all of the regionals out there. Work rules are what make the paycheck, not just hourly rates. Unfortunately, I don't know of a good source for that. MDG, Duty rig, Premium pay, Trip rig, Holiday pay and how it's paid, DH pay, etc...
