Unfortunately it really was just a change in pay, tiny boost to per diem, removed standalone Ready (ie a reserve call just to sit RDY all day, an 8 hour block that paid 4, not even Min Daily; but they can, do, and will still add plenty of smaller RDY blocks on reserve trips). Also added a whole section at the end about Part Time. Removing standalone RDY, and part time pilots, was a temporary agreement we had during Covid so it just staples that onto the contract.

Everything else is the same. 75 guarantee, 4:12 min daily, 2 days off between blocks, 2:1 duty rig 4:1 trip rig, still have historical credit instead of block or better. Oh I guess they officially made it 12 days off a month. Previously was 11, so oooooo we got 1 more day.
