Junior upgrade went about 50 numbers senior to the SWAPA projection, which means that many bypassers changed their mind in the last few days. I have two friends who were bypassing that took the upgrade because it went junior enough in non-etops bases that they could upgrade with no lock and presumably only long distance commute for a few months.

Upgrade still about 8.5 years, but it was projected to go down to 8 years and 4 months. Future plans are a steady trickle for the next couple of months and then 540 in the first 5 months of 2023, which would be the biggest number this company has seen to date. If that holds true (not counting on it), upgrade time should drop significantly. Only time will tell.
