you sure about that? As of Dec 30 2022 their CA TOS rate would have been $309/hr. The FO rate looks like it was copied and pasted. Mirror image. So in 2.5 Months they would already been ahead. They kicked it back because it was riddled with concession outside of compensation smart guy. We all know ending rate is the one we will be on the longest. They had 311/324 for the 700/900 with no snap up(that I saw could be wrong). Not only did we beat their rates we got huge gains in EVERY important area.
So to recap their pay was lower than ours and it came with concessions. Good luck in fantasy land. Sure glad we have who we do on the NC over someone who thinks like you do.
