Just FYI: they don’t inform you when you’ve been selected for lance. I found out today I was selected for October but no training slots available. Took me two emails and three phone calls to SWA crew planning and swapa contract admin to figure it out. November I lost the slot due to going from 49 to 51 in base. 🤷‍♂️
