Ok, and then you get that higher raise. If not, you're right there at #3, still above the one remaining big 3 legacy and Southwest and jetBlue.

We shall see, wont we? And what if they don't hit 340? Say Delta hits 335 for 2024. Isn't that still good that we are 331 and they are 335? Gives us ammo for the next contract negotiations which will start then.

318 in 2023? You mean 331.

Keep in mind, if this TA goes through then 306 was already done Sept 1 of this year. 318 would be 11 months away (2023), and 331 would be 1 yr, 11 months away (2024).

What's the likeliness and timeline of the other 5 carriers getting their contracts done anytime soon? I see this TA as being a solid improvement that lets us ride whatever the heck it is this economy is going to become for the next 12-18 months.
if scenario 5 played out and all 5 airlines, or even 4 -JB, got rates before Sept. 1, '23, this is the only way our pay would go above $318 on Sept. 1, '23. Unless of course, in scenarios 3-4 you laid out, they get $30/hr or more than us. Which a lot of the yes voters are saying is impossible because of the impending economic collapse and is their reason why we should ride it out with this TA. Yet at the same time saying, UAL, DAL and AA won't accept anything less than $30/hr more than us? But Alaska guys will???
It's not just rates, it's a lot of little compromises.

No monthly sick time accrual increase.

No improvements in, or savings on, Health plans

Only 12/13 days off for rsv.

No WOCL or SE override.

Now Im finding carve outs for All nighter turns that won't pay 5:15 per Daily Guarantee.

Per diem that's only increased. $.40 since 2009

Retro only going back a year and it's not even full retro. So no 401K contribution, No PBP bump and no ESPP bump.

Who's paying for the effin uniforms???

My list grows by the day. I think we're 75% there. We finally covered the 4 pillars from the JCBA but what about the rest of the contract??? It's section 6. The whole book is open, not just the stuff we got screwed on 6 years ago.
