Which a lot of the yes voters are saying is impossible because of the impending economic collapse and is their reason why we should ride it out with this TA. Yet at the same time saying, UAL, DAL and AA won't accept anything less than $30/hr more than us? But Alaska guys will???
It's not just rates, it's a lot of little compromises.

No monthly sick time accrual increase.

No improvements in, or savings on, Health plans

Only 12/13 days off for rsv.

No WOCL or SE override.

Now Im finding carve outs for All nighter turns that won't pay 5:15 per Daily Guarantee.

Per diem that's only increased. $.40 since 2009

Retro only going back a year and it's not even full retro. So no 401K contribution, No PBP bump and no ESPP bump.

Who's paying for the effin uniforms???

My list grows by the day. I think we're 75% there. We finally covered the 4 pillars from the JCBA but what about the rest of the contract??? It's section 6. The whole book is open, not just the stuff we got screwed on 6 years ago.
Absolutely.

Let me add: Everyone is so excited about scope, no one actually checked to see if 43% is actually industry competitive.
