I’ve said before Alaska pilots at least raised the bar for everyone else, including United who decided their pilots deserved less. Also the fixation on a number as opposed to the entire contract with work rules that’ll bring your W2 up is the definition of missing the forest for the trees.
the rates are just one tree in this forest.. there are a lot of trees I don't like. This is just the one we're talking about here.
