I'm not trying to be an A$$, but you two need to call a rep and have them explain exactly how the pay average works for the "Snap up."

However, to ease your minds a little......Knockknock, it only applies to new contracts that have been implemented and does not look at old lower rates ever.

Shyguy, I think you are a little misled on how some of those scenarios play out in case 1-5.

Everyone call a rep with questions that need that much detailed explaining.
