By the time the first 5 pilots start adjusting their schedule (dropping most trips so they can become available for premium trips) the grid is almost completely red.
I'm in the most senior base in the company, but there are currently 21 days of October that are green on the FO side. This is after IoT and Direct Open Time has been open for what, 10 days now?

Or is that what you meant by "...the grid is almost completely red"?
