The real question you have to ask yourself, in my opinion, is how long will this massive boom of hiring last? Even most of the Regional pay rates are on a 2-3 term (especially when you're regional hinges on American). Hiring is great now. Money is great now. Most importantly, where are you willing to be stuck at?
There is a lot more to this career than an hourly pay rate.
