West coast and I am opted in for Lance. I’m not in the 50/10% so when I got the email it triggered lots of questions, not all which were answered. I’m still far from it unless a lot more by-passers but unless there’s another once in a lifetime event I’m thinking from end of next summer to end of the year my seniority should have a crack at upgrade.
