This, it’s all about leverage! The regionals had a lot because they were vastly underpaid to being with and had pilots leaving in droves for other regionals and ULCC’s. Legacies don’t have the same issues nor do pilots have the same leverage (still filling classes with plenty of apps on file). I hope I’m wrong, but I just don’t see massive pay increases coming like some on here do.
