NJ is awesome and I'm not normally a negative guy, but I've always wondered how legally enforceable a fleet guarantee is that the left hand makes with the right hand. I don't know of a time one has been challenged without a bankruptcy. But a curious question for sure.
i think a fleet agreement for a wholly owned is as valuable as being called the gold standard. I could be mistaken but they can close up shop if they want to
