Honest question. Would Mesa pay rates fix this? Who would really turn down a career carrier like UA/JB etc with higher RJ rates? People are going to leave, especially to legacies, regardless of pay. To me, the only thing that incentivizes someone to stay is a form of longevity credit upon flow. That way one already has an “investment”. Just my 2c. Good luck all!
No. But a seniority/Longevity number would.. DAL management better move a bit quicker in their Negotiations with the DAL pilots. Or Not!
