if it were such a great proposal they would certainly be willing to ask the mediator to lift the gag order….right?
considering almost no major Airline has had a raise in the past 4 years*, it can be both “
industry-leading pilot compensation in terms of pay, profit sharing and retirement“ and woefully inadequate and not even remotely keeping up with inflation.
* JetBlue and Hawaiian are the only US non regional Pax carriers I know of who have had raises since 2020. Alaska obviously might join them soon.
