I think the flight ops people in the crew rooms have uniform samples you can try. The Karbon jacket runs big. I generally wear medium but went with a small for the Karbon. Fits well, actually even slightly loose.
Can confirm. Size chart says I should be 2XL. I listened to the advice here and ordered a L/L. It’s a little big on me 6’2 220.
