And that is unfortunate to hear about the atlas program. I was told it was active by the recruiters hiring me.
Isn't the meaning of "recuiter", "one who lies by telling people looking for a job what they would like to hear"? That 10k extra from Gojet would be more than made up for in a single month working a little extra at Skywest and Skywest won't try and cheat you out of it after you earn it.
I am always amazed that anyone goes to GoJet because it is now so well known how it operates.
If LimpyBiscuits were to go to SW or Envoy we could fly 100 hours a month and in a little over a year be a Captain making over 200k a year. If he goes to GJ he will most likely be off to another regional after GJ closes, or even worse, GJ survives and he works for 100k per year less under horrible conditions, for people he cannot trust.
There are consequences of going to GoJet, avoid consequences.
