Just heard from a friend, 4 phone calls with scheduling and CP before they admitted he was correct on a scheduling issue. Anyone not willing to stand their ground 4 times would have been given an illegal assignment. the claim was a computer error and then an ARCOS error. He's convinced there was no error and they just did what they "needed" to do to cover a trip. The excuses were different depending on the source. He said it was interesting how the "reasons" for the error evolved, almost like nobody wanted to accept blame or take responsibility. I wonder why? The PWA doesn't mean **** culture is being bread into the new schedulers!
