How do you think they will be skewed? The vote (which should be >95% FOR) will be skewed by 50-100 new hire votes? The percentage of eligible voters casting a ballot is important and the % voting to strike is important....an insignificant % that aren't eligible to vote is meaningless and won't
skew anything.
