The leverage is here and we have it. Management will deny deny deny that we have it so people like you keep thinking that the fault is with the pilots picking up premium. Hate to break it to you, but with 15,000 pilots, we’re never going to stop unless given specific union guidance.

I disagree. You getting paid 150%, 200%, heck 300% is still saving them A LOT more than a CBA. As long as trips are covered our leverage is less. APA can't tell you not to fly open time trips, PR, or OG.
