I disagree. You getting paid 150%, 200%, heck 300% is still saving them A LOT more than a CBA. As long as trips are covered our leverage is less. APA can't tell you not to fly open time trips, PR, or OG.

We're all entitled to our opinion. I will absolutely continue to bid short call and pick up PR. Your'e describing a utopian pilot group which doesn't and never will exist. Are delta pilots not picking up green slips? How about United? What gets us a new and industry leading contract is following the contract to a T. That's what I do.
Not to point fingers, but I'm always curious as to the situation one is in where they don't go for premium...I'm assuming you are not a local on a narrow body fleet, is that correct? My point being that those who hate on the pilots picking up premium usually have a reason why they are unable to and because of that, come off altruistic in why they don't pick it up.
