I'm a regional CA 450 TPIC / 4,500TT all civilian.
If it helps, I am also a regional CA, 2800 TPIC / 6,800 TT, no degree. I did not get an on the spot CJO. They had a paperwork question for me that I resolved the next day via email. The CJO followed a few days after. I know others that were hired without a degree as well. If you got an interview than it shouldnt be an issue at all. They didn't even ask me about my education.
