Skywest is roughly 4 times the size of Mesa. (Arguably more stable). QOL varies but I can’t say one is better than the other. Mesa will build time faster. Mesa is significantly more money. 401Ks are within a percentage point or two. Don’t discount the 10.00/hr. That’s 760 a month more minimum and easily much more. You will probably credit 85-95 a month so that’s 850-950 a month more. Nearly 10,000 a year.

A 737 type rating is obtainable at Mesa and the 73 is no longer senior. Aviate is no joke.
