From what I hear at Mesa there is much more open flying, they have different fleets to choose from, and you get aviate. Mesa you'll get more hours and the opportunity exists to work overtime. I also don't like that Skywest doesn't have a union. Maybe people will say the unions at regionals are worthless but from what I've seen it does limit their ability to fire you for minor things. If it was me I'd go to Mesa
